1. WHAT MAKES BLUE DOLLY MOVERS THE BEST OPTION?


When it comes to providing service, Blue Dolly Moving Helpers takes an environmentally friendly approach by not relying on cardboard boxes.

If you’re moving, you may put all of your belongings in our blue boxes, which are lightweight, durable, and stackable. Not only are they cheap, but their recyclable composition guarantees that no new waste products will be introduced to the environment. Within a ten-mile radius of our facilities, we will deliver or pick up your order at no cost to you.

2. HOW MANY BLUE BINS SHOULD I ORDER?

Standard measurements are 27 inches in length, 12 inches in height, and 17 inches in width. You can rent a minimum of 20 boxes for $99 per month. Get in touch with us if you need more boxes and want to know how much they’ll cost.

3. DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR DELIVERY OR PICKUP?


Our delivery and pick-up services are free of charge within a 10-mile radius of our office. If you are not sure if you’re in our range, please send us an email at bluedollymovers@gmail.com

4. HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BLUE BINS FOR?


You can rent the blue containers for two weeks.

There is a charge for every day or week past the initial reservation. If you are interested in learning more about our rates for extended rental periods, please get in touch with us.

5. WHERE DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES?


BLUE DOLLY MOVING HELPERS is a local moving company that operates in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs and nearby areas.

Our delivery and pickup services are free of charge within a 10-mile radius of our warehouses. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether or not we deliver to your location, or the cost of doing so.

6. HOW BIG ARE THE BLUE BINS FROM BLUE DOLLY MOVERS?


The Blue Bin containers have a depth of 17 inches, a height of 12, and a length of 27 inches.

They’re not constructed of cardboard, so they won’t degrade like paper would in the presence of moisture or dust.

7. DO I GET TO PICK THE TIMES OF MY DELIVERY AND PICKUP?


We do our best to accommodate your schedule within our normal business hours for both delivery and pickup.

Our standard business hours for delivery and pickup are 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday. However, you are welcome to contact us outside of these hours to see if we can accommodate your specific needs.

8. HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT TO BLUE DOLLY MOVING HELPERS?


You can pay on our website or in person. Only cash, PayPal, and credit cards are accepted at this time.

9. IS THERE A FEE TO CANCEL?

10. HOW DO I CHANGE THE TIME OF MY DELIVERY?


You can change your delivery appointment with our team as long as it’s 24 hours before the final move.

11. DO YOU PROVIDE DOLLIES FOR CUSTOMERS?


We have dollies available for your moving needs in addition to our eco-friendly Blue Bin products. The price of a dolly is $5.

12. DO YOU SANITIZE OR CLEAN THE BLUE BINS PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS?


The Blue Bin containers are checked, cleaned, and sterilized prior to each move and then delivered to new customers.

This is essential due to their recyclable nature and ensures that future customers can benefit from their waste reduction qualities.

13. DO YOU HAVE PACKING MATERIAL AVAILABLE?

14. CAN I BUY REUSABLE BLUE BINS FROM BLUE DOLLY MOVERS?


Our Blue Bins are not for sale at this time.

Instead, we offer a rental service where anyone can access them based on their own personal moving needs.

15. WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE GREEN BOXES?


Our Blue Bins are capable of safely holding up to 100 lbs.
